We’ll review, eligibility requirements, participating agencies, the differences between SBIR and STTR, common misconceptions and more!
This training is designed to provide enough information for attendees to determine if they would like to pursue SBIR/STTR proposal development/funding and provides the tools to help begin the process.
What Attendees Will Learn:
- Overview of the SBIR and STTR programs, including agency differences and application requirements,
- Overview of Pennsylvania’s Innovation Partnership (IPart) SBIR/STTR Proposal Assistance. IPart is PA’s statewide SBIR/STTR assistance program (supported, in-part, by an SBA FAST grant),
- Critical steps and tips to consider when preparing a strong proposal, and,
- Question and Answer Session.
APEX Accelerators are Dept. of Defense-funded programs that assists businesses of all sizes with their government contracting needs. There are currently over 90 centers across the nation and U.S. territories.
