Only PHASE I, DOE SBIR may apply for Phase II Funding.
The Department of Energy (DOE) typically offers 2 FOAs with differing topics for Phase II applicants, two times a year – February & November. Submission deadlines are the beginning of May & End of January successively.
DOE plans to issue its Phase II, SBIR Topics Monday, February 12, 2018.
