IBEX Consulting’s SBIR/STTR applicant support spans the entire lifecycle of federal R&D funding acquisition and management. They work with clients through the proposal development process, providing any level of support the team needs from submission support to merit review and narrative preparation to rate calculation. When a client is awarded a project, the IBEX team supports them through pre-award negotiations and project execution, including invoice management and reporting support.
