Important Dates for DoD’s Solicitation
- SBIR/STTR Pre-Release Begins on April 19, 2019 (contact with agency staff allowed)
- Announcement Opens on May 31, 2019 (no contact with agency staff allowed)
After this date, all questions need to be submitted through the publicly viewable SITIS Q&A SYSTEM. In SITIS, the questioner and respondent remain anonymous and all questions and answers are posted electronically for general viewing. Answers are generally posted within seven working days of question submission. (Answers will also be e-mailed directly to the inquirer when the inquirer provides an e-mail address.) - Announcement Closes on July 1, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. ET
- IPart Pre-Proposal Submission Deadline – COB Monday, June 3, 2019
