Tips to Help You Get Started
- Carefully read the solicitation you are applying to, including (a) the Executive Summary, which features information about the new foreign disclosure requirements passed by Congress, (b) Chapter 2, which has information about how to complete the Small Business Administration (SBA) and gov registration processes, and (c) Chapter 9, which contains the Technology areas and Subtopics that you will need to choose from.
- Consider applying for the Innovation Corps (I-Corps) Program, which helps small businesses commercialize their innovations. To do this, “opt-in” for I-Corps when submitting your proposal; opting in does not obligate you to participate.
