DOE – FY 2014 Phase I Release 2 Funding Opportunity Announcement (DE-FOA-0001046) SBIR/STTR Programs

Qualified small businesses with strong research capabilities in science or engineering in any of the research areas sought in the announcement are encouraged to apply.

DOE program offices participating in this Funding Opportunity Announcement:

  • Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability
  • Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy
  • Office of Fossil Energy
  • Office of Fusion Energy Sciences
  • Office of Nuclear Energy

Letters of Intent must be submitted by: December 16, 2013, 5:00 pm EST

Grant applications to either program must be submitted by: February 4, 2014, 11:59 p.m. EST

Submitting your Letter of Intent
Letters of intent will only be accepted electronically through the DOE Portfolio Analysis and Management System (PAMS) website: https://pamspublic.science.energy.gov/. Please refer to Part IV B of the Funding Opportunity Announcement for instructions for submitting your letter of intent.

At the webinar DOE will provide an overview of the Federal SBIR/STTR Programs, discuss the DOE SBIR/STTR technology areas, and the application and award process as it relates to the FY14 Phase I Release 2 Funding Opportunity Announcement.
