The Power of Partnership

IPart is a consortium of economic development and business assistance organizations located throughout Pennsylvania. Under the IPart umbrella, the partners comprise a single SBIR/STTR federal funding assistance program for the entire state.

What Does IPart Do?

• Pre-Proposal Assistance Program
  No-cost, written technical evaluations of SBIR/STTR proposal concepts within 10 days
• Financial Support for Grant Preparation
  Awards of up to $3,000 for Phase I SBIR/STTR proposal preparation and up to $10,000 for Phase II
• Travel & Training Financial Support
  Awards of up to $1,000 for reimbursement costs directly associated with federal R&D funding proposals
• Outreach Seminars
  Training workshops and seminars, from general overviews of the SBIR/STTR process to agency specific requirements
